Actually Target allows overage.. Target is not allowed to price adjust your coupons! They have been sued twice for it. Walmart changed their policy because of that. I suspect many other stores will follow suit. Because the store is getting the face value of the coupons.
For arguement's sake: Almost all coupons say "Manufacturer will reimburse you FACE VALUE of the coupon" It makes me mad that they took advantage of you over this situation even if it was only .06cents! Someone needs to educate that store! :o)
